1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Myextensions ApS, located in Aalborg, Denmark.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of Myextensions, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway commences on August 1st 2025 and concludes on October 31st 2025, at 10:00 AM CET. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To participate:

• Send your a picture or video of your Myextensions look in a direct message to @myextensions on Instagram

5. Prize
One winner will receive a refund on their latest purchase at Myextensions. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 31st 2025, at 10:00 AM CET. The winner will be contacted directly and announced on in Myextensions Instagram stories. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Myextensions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner's address in one of the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland. Shipping costs will be covered by Myextensions. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the winner.

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and delivering the prize. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
